Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself?
You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-worth, loss, relationship difficulties, or a sense that life feels heavier than it used to.
Sometimes it is hard to explain what is wrong.
You may just know that you are carrying too much, feeling numb, worrying constantly, or finding it harder to cope where you once could.
A loss, a life change, or feeling alone with your thoughts can leave you feeling misunderstood and unsure where to turn.
You do not have to manage this on your own.
Counselling offers a calm, confidential space to talk things through, make sense of what you are feeling, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
When you are ready, I am here.
You are welcome to get in touch for a free 15-minute consultation to see if counselling with me feels right for you.
